Privacy
When you ask about an event, through the date form or the assistant, we keep what you tell us so Meir can answer you: the occasion, date, venue or town, guest count, what you have in mind, how you heard about us, who sent you (if you write a name or code), your name, and your phone or email. If you use the assistant, we also keep the conversation. Meir uses this only to reply and to plan your event.
The site chat (the Questions button) uses no AI. Your answers, and any question you type that it can’t answer, are saved in MKP’s database the same way, and your questions are included in Meir’s email alert. Please don’t type payment or health details there.
We also note how you found the site (the page you landed on, the link and any ad code in it, such as Google’s gclid or Meta’s fbclid), so Meir knows which posts work. This stays in your own browser until you send an inquiry, and goes no further than MKP’s database.
To see which pages help people, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics: the page, the country, the type of device, the site that sent you and the utm link tags that name the post or profile, and taps on Call, WhatsApp, Check your date and the films. Ad click codes, offer codes and friend codes are removed first. It sets no cookies, keeps no IP address (it uses a scrambled code that is discarded within a day), and can’t tell who you are. There are no advertising trackers.
We also use PostHog to see how the site is used, so Meir can make it easier to follow: which pages people visit and in what order, where they tap and scroll, and short recordings of visits. Everything typed into the date form and the assistant is hidden in those recordings, and link codes other than utm tags are removed first. PostHog sets a first-party cookie (ph_…) so it can tell a returning visit from a new one; it doesn’t know your name. It runs in the US, and recordings are kept for up to 30 days. There are still no advertising trackers.
The date form saves your answers in MKP’s database and emails Meir an alert with the occasion, date, venue and how to reach you. If you write to Meir on WhatsApp instead, WhatsApp (Meta) carries that message like any other.
If you use the assistant and tick a box to hear about MKP events, we keep that tick, the exact words you agreed to, and when. Untick by replying STOP or asking Meir. We never sell your details or share them for advertising.
What the site keeps in your browser
A few small items, all first-party, none shared: mkp-voice (a cookie, kept 1 year, that remembers which version of the site’s wording you saw), mkp-ref (the code of the person who sent you, if you came by their link, kept up to 180 days), mkp-promo (an offer code from a link), mkp-first-touch and mkp-last-touch (the link tags above), and, only while the tab is open, your unfinished form, chat or assistant draft so nothing is lost if you leave and come back (the chat clears it once you send). If PostHog is on, it adds its own cookie and browser entry (both named ph_…) to tell a returning visit from a new one. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them all.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short request logs, including IP addresses. Vercel also runs the visit counts described above. Your details are stored in MKP’s own database, hosted by Supabase. The assistant runs on Anthropic’s Claude. When you send an inquiry, Meir gets an email alert sent through Resend, which keeps a copy for up to 30 days. Anthropic doesn’t train its models on this data and keeps its own logs for up to 30 days. To limit abuse we count messages per visitor using a scrambled code that changes every day, never your IP address itself.
Seeing or deleting your details
Ask Meir on WhatsApp or by phone at 848-333-2651 to see what we hold about you or to delete it. Your details are deleted within 7 days of your request: we remove your inquiry, the assistant conversation and any notes about it from our database, Meir’s email alerts and his WhatsApp chat, by hand, and confirm to you once it’s done.
